How to Apply

    Enrolments for Term 1, 2009 are now open
    Term 1, 2009, will run from 2 March to 12 April.

    To apply you should:

    1. Download the application form (a Word document)
    2. Print the form, fill it in, and fax (or air mail) the completed form back to us (details on application form).
    3. Then email astro@swin.edu.au with Subject: "SAO short course application" when you fax or (air)mail your application so that we have your correct email address and can keep track of your application form.

      4. Places in SAO short course are not confirmed until payment is received and cleared. Payment is by Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Contact astro@swin.edu.au with any queries. In case of student cancellation, refunds of up to 50% will be made up to a month before course commencement. After that date, no refund will be available.

      Note that SAO short course will be offered in each term subject to enrolment numbers.

      Start-up instructions, including how to access the student website, newsgroups, online course material and internet links, will be emailed to enrolled students in the 2 weeks before commencement of the course. It should be noted that students of the SAO short course will need to access online course content each week.

      Semester Dates

      Term 1, 2009, will run from 2 March to 12 April.
      Term 2, 2009, will run from 25 May to 5 July.
      Term 3, 2009, will run from 14 September to 25 October.
